23 years of experience in fields of hospitality education and hotel operations. Commenced as a management trainee at Chandigarh Industrial and tourism development cooperation then as executive housekeeper in the Hans Hotel Hubli | The last 17 years in hospitality education as faculty, assistant professor and head of department in PES University,   RNS institute of hotel management and presently at KLE, instrumental in Curriculum Development,brand building and Student Development | Also has established new courses of Hospitality administration and event management ,authored a text book “Theory and Practices of Professional Housekeeping” by An mol publications and has filed  for an Indian  patent in method and apparatus for flower arrangements” | She is currently pursuing her PhD in hospitality and tourism from Garden City University. Has presented and published  papers in ISSN and ISBN Journals.

Completed DHMCT, MTM, M.Phil | Has worked in Food & Beverage Service with Ashok groups of hotel - ITDC-Hotel Ashok, Taj Chennai. | With Industry experience of 35 years and teaching experience of 16years . | Conducted certificate courses for Bartending and conducted National level workshop. | Working for Bangalore university, Pes University, Indian Academy University , Christ University, Part of syllabus framing for BHM and MTTM, practical examiner, paper setter,  reviewer, valuer. | Awarded best teacher in KLE’s S.Nijalingappa college on Teacher’s Day Celebration 2018.

Restaurant. | With Industry experience of 23years and teaching experience of 15years , Attended   different workshops like ORGANICS MILLETS 2017, TRANSITION . | Conducted certificate courses, like Bakery, Vegetable and Fruits Carving, Chat, Chinese cuisine, Basic cookery classes for both students and faculties. | Working for Bangalore university, Pes University, Indian Academy University ,  Christ University. Part of syllabus framing for MTTM,  practical examiner, paper setter,  reviewer, valuer. Cookery  classes for school children’s judge for different culinary competition.

ARUN NATHANIEL

Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from K.L.E Society’s, S.Nijalingappa College. Completed Master of Tourism Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University and completed Master of Science in Hotel Management from Annamalai University.| Started my career with Westin Hospitality Services as a management trainee. Worked for Hotel Abu Palace as Lobby Manager. Started my career as lecturer at N.R.I Institutions in the year 1997. Worked as Director at T.John College. Worked at IHM Chennai and many prestigious institutions.| Have been a paper setter, reviewer and valuer for the past 20 years  | Have judged various events like Best Manager, Flower arrangement competitions and culinary competitions.

Completed Bachelor in Hotel Management from KLE College Bangalore, passed out in the year 2010, Secured 6th Rank in the Bangalore University. | After completion of the course selected as a Management trainee for “MATTHAN”, Worked for NYDC fine dine in Singapore, Worked for Carnival cruise lines in U.S.A (Florida&Texas), Worked for PVR group of companies as Head Chef, Specialized in Indian & Continental Kitchen, Hotel industry experience with 8 years . | Joined KLE institute of Hotel Management in the year 2018 as Lecturer, Subjects Handling Food & Beverage Production Theory & Practical's ,other achievements are went as a Judge for Culinary Competition, Set up of food stalls in palace grounds for tourism event with final year students,   Organised Orientation day  and other events
